Law firm
The law firm was founded in 2008 by Dr. Paul Lintner and Dr. Ivan Rampelotto in Bolzano. Attorney Rampelotto left the office community at the end of 2022. Today, five lawyers represent ADVOCAT and we are specialized in numerous fields of law. As a group of independent lawyers, we can offer our clients the most flexible and objective legal services.
Philosophy
Our consultations are concise and focused. Specific recommendations for action, practical advice and viable solutions are at the center of our legal services. Our main concerns are comprehensible and clear communication with our clients, the identification of possible risks, and finding the best solution for each individual client. We are constantly developing new and sophisticated approaches, that go far beyond the traditional model of legal advice.
